01. Payments

01.1 Full payment must be received two weeks before the course starts unless a payment plan has been agreed with The Flower Alchemist in advance.

01.2 We cannot guarantee your place until full payment has been made unless a payment plan has been agreed with The Flower Alchemist in advance.

01.3 If you wish to cancel within 1 week of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund. However, at our discretion and subject to availability, we might be able to give you a credit note that you can put to other courses.

02. Cancellations by you

02.1 If you cancel your place on a course up to 8 weeks before the course start date you will be entitled to a full refund. 

02.2 If you wish to cancel within 4 weeks of the course start date you will be entitled to a 50% refund.

02.3 If you wish to cancel within 2 weeks of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund. You may be offered a credit note.

02.4 Cancellations must be emailed to Lucinda at lucinda@thefloweralchemist.co.uk 

03. Cancellations by us

03.1 Please note that all courses have a minimum attendance and if this is not met classes will have to be cancelled and you will receive a refund. 

03.2 If we cancel a course, we shall endeavour to give you at least 1 weeks’ notice.  You will have the option of transferring to another course or having a full refund of the fees, which we will return to you within 1 week.

04. Non-attendance

04.1 If you are unable to attend a class or classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you may not be entitled to a refund or to automatically transfer to another course.

04.2 If you are unable to attend a class, the place may be transferred to another person.

05. Attendance

05.1 If you are unable to complete a class or classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund.
