Our bridal wedding course caters for those brides or family members who would like to create their own wedding florals without breaking the budget. We have been approached by numerous brides and families who would like to organise a fun creative experience for their wedding but don’t know where to start. This either one or two-day flower course (depending on number of participants) will give you the foundations to create:
Your Bridal Bouquet
Bridesmaids Bouquets
Buttonholes
Pew ends/church flowers
Your top table arrangement
Table centrepieces for your reception – low arrangements with no props to keep the cost down
As this is a private course you can adapt what your cover as per your requirements.
The course will teach you how chose the right flowers that will work for the season you are getting married in, how to cost your flowers for your wedding, how to condition your flowers, when to order them and how to arrange them.
No previous floristry experience is required.
The two day course runs from 10am to 3pm and includes lunch and refreshments. (£600 - one-on-one)
The one day course runs from 9am - 5.30pm and includes lunch and refreshments. (£300 - one-on-one or £450 for more than one participant)
If you are growing your own flowers for your wedding we will discuss what you are growing, how they can be adapted for your wedding flowers. Flowers required for order for the course will then be discussed and purchased at cost by The Flower Alchemist to work with.
Once your course is completed you will have access to The Flower Alchemist prop hire business with a 25% discount on all items hired.
You will also have unlimited access to Lucinda in the run up to your wedding for advice and support.
It is based at our wonderful Sussex studio where you can fulfil your wedding floral dreams. You can save money on your wedding flowers whilst learning some new skills for life.
