OUR PROCESS
More than a supplier relationship – personal, and dedicated to you.
Discovery call
Once you enquire, we’ll arrange a video call or a meeting at our design studio – learning about your plans, sharing ideas for your venue and shaping a plan that suits you and your budget.
Floral proposal
Within 48 hours you’ll receive your initial floral proposal, with an itemised estimate and a mood board.
Work with us
Once confirmed, we’ll send our booking terms and deposit invoice – then the real fun starts. From table numbers to the little details of your bouquet, we refine every element together, and we’re on hand by email or text most of the day and evening.
Ten weeks before
Our final formal call locks in the details, from buttonhole numbers to delivery timings. We then issue your final invoice and order the flowers for your wedding.

Our design studio is in Sussex, and most of our weddings take place in Tunbridge Wells, Rye, Lewes and their surrounding villages. We also cover London.

A 25% booking fee secures your date; the remaining balance is due ten weeks before the wedding.

We're a recommended florist at The Gallivant in Rye, Brockwell Hall, Kingdom, The Beacon, Chafford Park and The Cherry Barn. Knowing these spaces well means we can design flowers that suit each room, light and setting.

We would say 80% of our clients have an overall floral budget of between £4k-£7k.
We do however consider all budgets and are happy to chat through costings and ideas as we are fully aware that most couples have no idea how much wedding flowers cost! So just pick up the phone and give us a call.
We can give you a good idea of how to use your budget to its maximum.

Yes! We have an extensive prop hire list. We can provide all tablescape including table clothes, runners, candles and candlesticks. We work with trusted suppliers to build the full design of your wedding.

Of course, we return the day after your wedding to breakdown and we gather all the flowers that are happy and create small jam jar flowers for you to gift your friends and family.

Yes. We're used to working quickly, so if you're planning a wedding in Sussex, Kent or London at short notice, we'd still love to hear from you.
